With sustainability and conservation at heart, Oak and Smoke produce smoked fish products including smoked fish pates, Arbroath traditional hot smoked salmon and Arboath smokies. Using off-cuts from used whisky and calvados barrels for smoking materials and with plans for construction of a wind turbine to power the smokery, Oak and Smoke believe their impact on the environment to be a positive one, something reflected in the quality of the products on offer.
