Jamie and Marie-Alexandrine Burrows founded MiniCrops in 2017 to provide fresh, sustainable, nutrient-dense produce for Londoners. They currently grow more than 60 varieties of microgreens and herbs—from daikon radish to micro cabbage—without pesticides or herbicides in their ‘vertical farm’ in Deptford, south-east London. Delivered in an electric van, produce is harvested and delivered to Borough Market within three hours.
