Summer Salad Demonstration Kitchen
The weather recently has been clammy and warm - far too warm for hearty hot meals. When the mercury rises, salads are perfect for a lighter meal at lunch time and in the evenings. In this Demonstration Kitchen, our chef Hayley will be creating tasty, exciting dishes that are perfect for entertaining. On the menu:
Salad of Quinoa and Speck
Quinoa is a versatile ingredient that mixes well with different spices and flavours.
Kebabs of Chicken and Lemon
Perfect for the barbeque! Serve with some lettuce leaves and garnish with some lemon mayo for a real summery treat!
Caponata is a dish that comes from Sicily and uses fresh Mediterranean vegetables.
