Say Cheese at the Demonstration Kitchen Thursday 23rd February

This week’s demonstration kitchen focuses on our traders, Jumi & HP Limited, who bring their extensive range of artisan cheeses produced in the Emmental region of Switzerland to Borough Market every week.

Our resident chef Hayley Edwards will be creating a selection of mouthwatering dishes, each featuring one of Jumi’s cheeses. This will include using the traditional mature schlossberger; a rich hard cheese with a hint of hazelnut, as well as the delightfully intense belper knoll - Jumi’s most innovative signature cheese.

So why not come and join us in the Demonstration Kitchen between 12-2pm this Thursday 23rd February to find out more about Jumi’s range.  Hayley will be on hand to show the many ways to cook and make the most of cheese in your home cooking.
