Jill's Natural Preserves

Jill Liddell-Grainger comes up to Borough Market on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from her home set in the small village of Bicknoller in West Somerset.

Jill makes all of the marmalades, jams, jellies and chutneys herself. Many of the ingredients come straight from her own garden or else bartered from friends living locally in return for some jars of the finished product.

Jill’s Medium Cut Seville Orange marmalade has recently been awarded a prestigious Silver Award at the Marmalade Awards 2012.
