Artisan Foods

Before starting Artisan Foods, Klaus Kuhnke was a successful chef with his own Scallywags restaurant in Stoke Newington. Now Klaus has a bakery in Whitechapel, where Artisan Foods make handmade sweet and savoury pastry products and cakes.

The philosophy is to make everything from scratch and just like you’d make it at home. The stall is especially known for individual quiches and tartlets, and for its rich chocolate brownies.
