Does one of your New Year resolutions include eating more healthily? Or are you simply feeling the strain of all those Christmas cakes and puddings? Don’t worry, we are here to help.
At this week’s Live Kitchen event, chef Hayley Edwards will be showing us how to create healthy dishes which don’t sacrifice on flavour.
Using produce sourced directly from the Market on the day, Hayley will be on hand to show you how to create dishes which include monkfish sourced from Shellseekers Fish & Game marinated in yoghurt from Real France, coriander and ginger. In addition to this Hayley will also be producing a refreshing salad of watermelon, beetroot, red onion, mango, grated mooli, pomegranate seeds and mint with fruit and vegetables from Elsey & Bent and Only Organics.
