Cumbrian Speciality Meats Special at the Demonstration Kitchen Thursday 12 January

This week’s demonstration kitchen focuses on our traders, Cumbrian Speciality Meats. Primary producers Steven and Joanna Airey offer their customers at Borough Market traditional and rare breed meat directly from their farm in Cumbria.

Specialising in Lakeland Herdwick Lamb and Galloway Beef, Cumbrian Speciality Meats aim is to produce quality meat with the flavour of years gone by.

So why not come and join us in the Demonstration Kitchen between 12-2pm this Thursday 12th January to find out more about Cumbrian Speciality Meats’ range. Chef Hayley Edwards will be on hand to show you how to cook up dishes using their delicious produce such as a winter warming Braised Oxtail or classic Beef Wellington.
