CELEBRATE! Demonstration Kitchen Thursday 26th January

What a week for celebrations – come and celebrate with us at the Demonstration Kitchen this week as we mark Chinese New Year, Burns Night and Australia Day all on one day! 

On Thursday the 26th January, between 12-2pm, chef Hayley Edwards will be showcasing ingredients from the Market and showing you how to create dishes for whichever occasion you may be celebrating this week.  

Hayley will be creating dishes which include oriental steamed fish and lettuce wraps to mark the Chinese Year of the Dragon; Haggis from Ginger Pig will be on show for Burn’s Night and we’ll even have Kangaroo burgers from traders Gamston Wood on offer to mark Australia Day.

Join us in the Jubilee Market between 12-2pm on Thursday 26th January. Hayley will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the recipes or indeed any food and cookery related questions – come along and get some practical tips.  We look forward to seeing you there!
