Borough Market Recipe Competition

If you are stuck for seasonal ideas to inspire you in the kitchen, we’ve got dozens for you on the recipe page of our website. Now we’re looking to you to help inspire others: we want your favourite creations using Borough Market ingredients.

Borough Market is giving all home cooks and culinary whizzes the chance to enter our exclusive recipe competition. If successful your creation will feature on our website’s recipe page for all to share and will be created at our weekly live kitchen by our resident chef, Hayley Edwards.

To enter, all you need to do is come up with an original and seasonal recipe. It could be anything such as a seasonal pie to a favourite supper soup - the recipe just has to be your own creation and include Borough Market ingredients.

Send us along your recipe (and even take a picture if you want) to events@boroughmarket.org.uk before 17:00 on 26th January 2012, terms and conditions are supplied below. 

1. All entries to be submitted by email to events@boroughmarket.org.uk no later than 17:00 on Thursday 26th January. No entries can be accepted after this time.
2. All entries to be accompanied by your name and contact details, including telephone number and/or email address.
3. Judging will take place on Monday 30th January.
4. One entry only per person.
5. The Judge's decision is final and no appeal will be possible.
6. By entering the competition you agree to assign to the Trustees of Borough Market Southwark all intellectual property rights in your work. We will therefore be entitled to but not obliged to use or publish entries in whole or in part in hard or electronic form anywhere in the world, for an unlimited period without any payment to you.
