Gamston Wood Farm

Ostrich fillets, steaks, tenderloins and meat products including burgers and sausages, produced at the Gamston Wood Ostrich Farm in the countryside of north Nottinghamshire.

Ostrich meat, which is extremely lean, is deep red and very tasty. The Borough Market stall also sells other exotic meats including kangaroo, water buffalo, springbok, kudu, bison, zebra, impala and crocodile, along with biltong, huge ostrich eggs and feather dusters. The stall’s hot food grill serves burgers and steak sandwiches.
