Furness Fish & Game

Furness Fish & Game, based in Flookburgh, Cumbria, sells seasonal fish and game and stuffed poultry. Fish deliveries arrive at Borough every Friday and Saturday morning, meaning that they are beautifully fresh.

The game, including pheasant, partridge, rabbit, hare and venison, is sourced mainly from Cumbrian estates such as Graythwaite Hall and Levens Hall.

Other specialities include Morcambe Bay potted shrimps - locally caught brown shrimps, boiled in butter with a combination of spices then sealed with butter and packed into pots.
