British Classics from Luke MacKay

After his last popular Demonstration Kitchen, Luke MacKay returns to the Market and this time he will be putting his spin on some British classics; showing you how to recreate traditional and populat pub grub at home.

A shopping trip around the Market in the morning will provide Luke with the produce for his menu, which he will then showcase in the demonstration kitchen, sharing cooking tips and techniques. 

Luke's menu will include British classics Scotch eggs;  Fish and chips;  Ploughmans;  Fish cakes and Ham hock and pease pudding all given a unique twist and served canapé sized.

Join Luke at the Demonstration Kitchen in the Jubilee Market on Friday 20th July from 12-2pm!
