Focus on Fish Demonstration Kitchen

Furness Fish & Game can be found right in the heart of the Market and this week, they'll be joining us at the Demonstration Kitchen. Chef Hayley Edwards will be cooking with some of their beautiful produce alongside a masterclass from one of Furness' expert fishmongers. The menu includes:

Sea bass with sizzled ginger, chilli and spring onions

Sea bass is a very versatile fish and cooking it with chilli is a great way to compliment its delicate flavour.

Key Ingredients:

Trout with creamy potato salad

Using gherkins in potato salad gives this dish a tangy kick.

Key Ingredients:

Sea bass with brown shrimps and couscous

Pork belly is always a popular choice and it's hard to beat Roast's delicious version.

Join us in the Demonstration Kitchen from 12-2pm on Thursday 19th July for this great event! We'll be joined by Furness' expert fishmonger at 12.30 which is a great chance to learn how to prepare your fresh fish.
