Bed down in Borough's Market Hall to support young people who face homelessness.
Southwark Sleepout 2017 is a community-based event calling upon London residents to give up one night of comfort to heighten awareness of youth homelessness and raise funds for Depaul UK.
All you need is your sleeping bag and pillow to join the event, which includes live music, guest speakers, a question-and answer session, hot drinks and soup.
Darren Henaghan, Managing Director at Borough Market said:
"Borough Market has always been a place where members of a community come together to connect and share experiences. By giving over Borough’s Market Hall to host the Southwark Sleepout, we hope to help DePaul continue the vital work they do, in keeping young and vulnerable people at risk of homelessness off the streets. A fantastic cause indeed."
Volunteers are asked to raise at least £200 each for Depaul’s work in London & the South East, and registration is just £15.
