We're thrilled that on Thursday Ed will be back in the demo kitchen, as part of our Borough Market chefs residency.
Combining his Borough Market spice series, recipes from his new book: On The Side and the finest Market ingredients, Ed's out to show us that we should be taking a different (and even more delicious) approach to the way we plan and think about mealtimes.
His menu will include:
Pork collar steaks taken three ways, with
- Roast jerusalem artichokes, yoghurt, seeds and bitter leaves
- Chard and vinaigrette, butternut squash purée
- Paprika clams
