Demo kitchen: On The Side

Ed Smith is a food writer, trained chef and regular contributor both to Borough Market's online website and award-winning Market Life print magazine.

We're thrilled that on Wednesday Ed will be making his debut at the demo kitchen, for a special, one off cookery session, where he'll be whipping up some recipes from his new book: On The Side.   

Ed's out to show us that we should be taking a different approach to the way we plan and think about mealtimes - specifically that we should be paying the sides more attention, rather than focusing only on that show-stopping butcher’s cut or prize catch from the fishmonger.
