Demo kitchen favourite, Hayden spent much of this summer completing not one but three grand tours – the Giro d’Italia, Tour de France and the Vuelta a Espana – covering 10,403km cycling across Europe to raise £1 million for a new haematology centre at Queen Mary’s Hospital, Birmingham.
He somehow found time to write a book about the experience, recording delicious dishes from the regions he and his team mates powered through. Come along to try some of the recipes, check out the book and find out what he eats for breakfast. Whatever it is we want some!
