Demo Kitchen host and father-of-two Luke Mackay takes centre stage this week to bring us a selection of Father’s Day recipes

Luke's ultimate 'selfish' menu ("that I love but my family often won't eat!") includes:

Whiskey sour

Oysters fried in Iberico ham fat with bottarga and lemon

Offal with seven spice, sumac flatbreads 

Bakewell tart, cream
