Luke Mackay is at the Demo Kitchen on the 7th September, bringing to life his ‘Day in the Life’ web series which focuses on Borough Market traders.
Although usually spotted hosting the Demo Kitchen, Luke will be taking centre stage to bring us dishes inspired by the people behind the stalls and the produce they sell. His menu will include:
- Giuseppe's anchovies, shallots & good butter on Olivier's sourdough
- Lucas's liquorice crème brûlée with Jock's caramelised figs
- Eduardo, Olivier & Giuseppe’s Colombian cowboy beans on toast
- Venison with Dawn’s sorrel jelly jus and Jock’s caramelised single clove garlic
