A festival celebrating the recent rise in popularity of plant-based food, #BOSHFEST, will take place at Borough Market in April.
Founded by two friends from Sheffield, Henry Firth and Ian Theasby, BOSH! produce all-plant versions of classic dishes that are free from meat, eggs and dairy but still totally full of flavour.
Taking place in our Market Hall on 19th April, from 7pm and midnight, #BOSHFEST will be an opportunity for food lovers to celebrate or explore plant-based eating. There will be the chance to browse food stalls, learn all-plant cookery tips and watch inspirational talks and demos.
The festival will coincide with the publication of BOSH!, the debut cookbook from Henry and Ian. With over 140 recipes, there is something to appeal to everyone, whether following a vegan based diet or just curious to try something different. The dishes are easy, delicious and playful, redefining the 'v-word'.
Festival attendees will receive samples of BOSH! food and cocktails, as well as a goody bag with a copy of the just-published cookbook.
