Action Against Hunger brings together some of the best chefs in the UK for one night only, and all for a fabulous cause.
This is one of the most talked about events in the UK's hospitality sector, so make sure you have your ticket for this years shindig on 7th November.
English fashion designer Henry Holland and model / actress Daisy Lowe will host the 5th annual Auction, which has raised more than half a million pounds since it began in 2012. These funds have helped support Action Against Hunger’s work saving the lives of malnourished children and providing families with access to safe water and good nutrition.
This year’s Auction Against Hunger menu will feature incredible dishes by top chefs who will step out of their kitchens to cook alongside some of Borough Market’s best-loved traders: Anna Hansen (Modern Pantry), Neil Rankin (Temper), Pascal Aussignac (Club Gascon), Damian Clisby (Petersham Nurseries), Shaun Searley (Quality Chop House) & Shaun Henderson (Henderson Seafood), Tom Hunt (Poco) & Gill Meller (River Cottage), and Asimakis Chaniotis (Pied a Terre).
They will be joined by some of Borough's world class traders including Khanom Krok, Une Normande a Londres, Horn Ok Please, Brindisa, and more.
Darren Henaghan, managing director at Borough Market said: “Borough Market has always been a place where people come together to share and engage over good food, so we’re the perfect location for some of London’s top chefs to unite under one roof to cook up a Michelin-starred quality feast, and all for such a fantastic and worthy cause.”
Tickets are £60 per person, which includes entry to the event, six dishes from the menu, three drinks, unlimited snacks and other gourmet goodies, and the chance to bid on some money-can't-buy lots in an auction. All proceeds from ticket sales go directly to the charity.
