Do you often follow a recipe only to find you're left with lots of bits and pieces but not the obvious makings of a second meal? Or do you often over-shop, or cook too much, and find you’ve got leftovers in which you can’t quite see a flavourful future?
The author of the Borough Market Cookbook is back in the Demonstration Kitchen — this time cooking recipes from the book that promote being ‘resourceful’ in the kitchen.
Ed's menu will include:
- Cured ham and honey butter
- Blue cheese and sweet potato gnocchi
- Kale migas with pork and clam stew
- Clementine and cranberry sponges
- Spiced calvados sours
Demos take place every Thursday and Friday from 1pm-2.30pm in the Market Hall. The Demo Kitchen is free to attend with recipes, tips, tricks and tasters to take away with you.
