The Demo Kitchen is reopening for the year and Ed Smith is joining us to kick off the Spring season.
As the seasons change and fresh ingredients arrive in the Market, a world of cooking possibilities open up. Ed will be will be cooking an array of five recipes sourced from the 'Spring' section of The Borough Market Cookbook utilising all of the best ingredients that the shift in season brings.
Ed's menu will include:
- Maple glazed butcher's bacon and farmhouse cheddar pastry
- Wild garlic green eggs
- Minted lamb meatball broth with peas and yogurt
- Hake and green bean bake
- Mango and passion fruit posset
Folling the demo, Ed will be available to sign copies of The Borough Market Cookbook.

Demos take place every Thursday and Friday from 1pm-2.30pm in the Market Hall. The Demo Kitchen is free to attend with recipes, tips, tricks and tasters to take away with you.
