Indian Inspiration Demonstration Kitchen Friday 26th October

On Friday 26th October, chef Luke Mackay is once again taking the reigns at the Demonstration Kitchen and this week he will be taking his inspiration from the wide variety of regional cuisnes native to India.

A shopping trip around the Market in the morning will provide Luke with the produce for his menu, which he will then showcase in the Demonstration Kitchen, sharing cooking tips and techniques.  

Luke will be focusing on the art of blending aromatic spices to create a range of modern dishes inspired by authentic Indian cuisine.
