Christmas Cooking at the Demonstration Kitchen Thursday 20th December

With the festive season firmly upon us, many of us are looking for easy to prepare dishes, perfect for Christmas celebrations but that are stress free to prepare.
This week at the Demonstation Kitchen, chef Hayley Edwards will be showing you how to create a range of classic dishes including:
Baked Mushrooms
Great as a starter, accompaniment to a main dish or canape - baked mushrooms are tasty and simple to prepare. Hayley will add her own touch to this dish by baking the mushrooms with anchovies for a salty kick.

Anchovies from Brindisa
Parmesan from Bianca E Mora
Whole Roast Bass
Simple to prepare, a whole baked bass is a great addition to any festive table - serve on a large platter surrounded by lemons.

Ginger from Turnips
Salt and Pepper from Real France
Beef Wellington
Beef Wellington is a classic and the perfect dish for your Boxing Day table.
Key Ingredients:
Beef fillet from Northfield Farm
Butter from Real France
Thyme from Paul Wheeler (Fresh Supplies) Ltd
Hayley will be showing you how to create these dishes at the Demonstration Kitchen on Thursday 20th December from 12pm - 2pm, where full recipe cards will be available.
This week Hayley will also be joined by Farmer Sharp for a butchery demonstration including how to prepare and carve Turkey and a 3 bird roast.
