Veggie Special at the Demonstration Kitchen
After her last popular Demonstration Kitchen, acclaimed vegetarian chef Celia Brooks will be joining us again on Friday 14th Sepetmber.
With an emphasis on quality seasonal ingredients sourced from the Market, Celia's demonstration will this time focus on cooking with aubergines.
Celia's menu will include Thai smoked aubergine salad; Baba ganoush; Turkish-style baked aubergines stuffed with couscous, nuts, herbs and spices and Spanish-style fried aubergines with honey and smoked paprika.
Celia will be creating her dishes in the Jubilee Market this Friday, 14th September from 12-2pm. Join us to pick up some top tips!
