Francesco Boggian works tirelessly to make pasta that’s as good as his grandmother’s. Francesco is the founder of La Tua Pasta, producers of exceedingly good fresh pasta in all shapes, sizes and textures – plain, coloured or filled. La Tua Pasta does everything from tortelloni filled with Italian sausage and Porcini mushrooms to countless varieties of ravioli, gnocchi and pappadelle – to name just a few.
