Dried chillies imported directly from Mexico, along with Mexican herbs, spices and corn. Chillies include chile ancho (meaning “wide”, because of its broad shoulders – sweet and fruity with a dark wrinkly skin), chile guajillo (“little gourd” – tangy and brick red, with a smooth pod shape), chile chipotle (a smoked, spicy jalapeño) and chile habanero (deliciously fruity and viciously hot).

The company also sells authentic corn tortillas and a range of Mexican sauces such as mole and chipotle salsa, all freshly made in its north London kitchen.
