With his roots set firmly in the food and restaurant  industry, as well has having set up the Flour Power City bakery, Matt Jones now brings his new venture to Borough Market.  Baked on the site of the Biscuit Factory in Bermondsey, South East London, Bread Ahead Bakery brings a selection of tasty breads and fun cakes for good measure.
