Get creative with Burnt Sugar at Borough Market

Well-loved makers of delicious crumbly fudges, Burnt Sugar, are inviting everyone to come to their pop-up Drawing Room on Thursday 6th October between 12 – 5pm.

Burnt Sugar founder, Justine Cather, said “We want to celebrate our new packaging designs, which have all been hand illustrated, by inviting the public to have a go at some doodling themselves. We are asking people to design our market fudge bag as a lovely way to get everyone involved. After an online vote, the winning design will be printed and used at the market.”

The idea for the new packaging developed from the fact that all the pieces of fudge are randomly sized, as they are broken by hand. The natural theme of celebrating individuality developed which is reflected in the packaging, both by being hand drawn and each pack being created by a different illustrator.
